Privacy Policy

Nards IT, hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”, in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), describes in this statement, valid as of 25 May 2018, how and when some information, that concern you, will be collected and processed.

  1. The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data, communicated by you during the use of the contact form on the site.
  2. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
  3. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
  4. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
  5. If you use a contact form or a booking form, personal data are stored and processed exclusively to communicate with you. The requested data are:
    1. Your name
    2. Your e-mail address
    3. Your phone number
    4. Your message
    5. Date/time availability
  6. Some tecnical cookies and some information about devices and connections can be stored in order to provide correctly our form services.
  7. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
  8. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
  9. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
  10. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
  11. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
  12. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
  13. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  14. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
  15. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
  16. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
  17. According to article 4.2 of the GDPR, the processing of your data may consist of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The Data Controller will use your data only for communications via the form on his website.
  18. We also use some technical cookies to ensure the usability of the website. We do not use cookies for other purposes.
  19. Your data may be made accessible to employees of the Data Controller as internal processors or system administrators.
  20. We will not disclose your information. However, pursuant to Article 6, letter c), of the GDPR, the Data Controller is authorized to disclose your data without your consent to legal authorities, as judicial authorities, and to all other parties to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the said purposes.
  21. The management and storage of personal data will be carried out on servers provided by OVHcloud services, hosted in one or more European OVHcloud data centers only.
  22. By refusing to consent to the processing of data, you will not be able to send your message to us.
  23. We guarantee your rights listed in Article 15 of the GDPR, that are:
    1. Know the purposes of the treatment and the categories of personal data that we store, as per previous article 2
    2. Your data will be kept for a period of 5 years, after which we will ask you to renew your consent to their treatment
    3. At any time, you can request the correction or deletion of personal data, opposing to their future treatment
  24. Your data will not be made available to third parties, except for the cases described in one of the previous articles. In addition, you always have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority.
  25. You can always exercise your rights by communicating your intentions and requests to our e-mail address info@nards.it
  26. If you choose to contact us via other channels, such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, the processing of data is to be considered solely the responsibility of the providers of the individual services.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy (at https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (at https://policies.google.com/terms).
